Also I'd like to thank Mick Granger for his moral support and encouragement over several years of bringing this whole Directory together [against, at times, seemingly overwhelming odds!], and Steve Mister, Chris Asplen (Cambridge Cable), Peter Crew (Nynex) and others at many cable companies, and George & Felicity Fenton and NB Stationery (Harlow) for paper and print cartridges provided for the initial stages of setting up the Directory.
