ON LINE MATHS CLUBS
1. The NRICH Online Maths Club https://nrich.maths.org/ provides free
maths resources for children aged 5-19. NRICH
publishes a magazine nine times a year with sections for each key stage.
There are hundreds of problems (all labelled by key stage) in the archive (use the "search" facility on the NRICH site).

2. The 'Plus Maths' site https://plus.maths.org/ is a
mathematics magazine offering articles, news, career profiles,
student interviews and puzzles to interested secondary school pupils
and their teachers. Plus
started life under the name of PASS Maths (Public Awareness and Schools
Support for Maths) in 1997 and was created to increase public awareness of
the importance of mathematics in everyday life. It aims to introduce
readers to the beauty and the practical applications of mathematics, in
particular to excite greater interest among GCSE and A level students, and
encourage them to further study. It also strives to provide resources for
teachers to help them inspire an interest in mathematics. The topics are
usually off-syllabus, but with mathematical content that is accessible to A
level and possibly to some advanced GCSE students. E-mail:
