A number of the significant pokémon in the FireRed + LeafGreen Pokédex were in the red, blue and yellow games, eg Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, etc. From the point of view of creating pokédexes, this has made life very complicated for us! particularly in deciding where we should link the Cheat numbers that refer to these pokémon.

After a great deal of thought, we've decided (for now at least) to link the relevant cheat numbers to the red/blue/yellow Pokédex (so whichever game Bulbasaur might be referred to within, whether it's red/blue/yellow, or gold/silver/crystal, or firered/leafgreen, or wherever else, you know you'll find the related cheat numbers in the pokédex where Bulbasaur first appeared).

We are also listing cheats relating specifically to Pokémon FireRed/LeafGreen on the main FireRed/LeafGreen page here (so you should be able to find all the related info either via the dex where an individual pokémon is listed with cheat links, or separately via the FireRed/LeafGreen index page. The FireRed/LeafGreen page doesn't yet list *all* the firered/leafgreen cheats (we've been building a lot of new cheats pages recently) so you'll need to read through the cheats following those listed (orange links from the Cheats index page), until we get all the listings up to date again. You will see listed below, also, the names of the Diamond + Pearl pokémon - the "star" by each means that we don't (yet) know of any way that these can be transferred to the FireRed and LeafGreen versions of the game.
