Question: Hi, I'm glad I found this website, hope you can help me out. I was wondering if you know what is the cheat to get Pikablu, Snubble, Charcolt, Rainer, Locusted, Pikabud and Sapusaur in blue, yellow or red version of Pokémon? I appreciate your help, thanks.
Andy: It was discovered some time after this question was originally received that these names are inaccurate - probably because before Gold & Silver came out in the USA and England, and Ruby & Sapphire the same, people were guessing at how the Japanese versions of the names would be represented in English. The full Gold & Silver Pokédex has since been put on line here.

Andy: You can buy SUBSTITUTE (TM 50) in the CELADON Exchange Center (where you can exchange coins for prizes). It costs 7700 coins (50 coins $1000).

EXPLOSION [TM 47] - I think this is in the cave on the way to Indigo Plateau.
