| The missingno cheat is actually a part of another cheat. When you surf on the right edge of Cinnabar Island, you can catch pokemon from the place you previously were. Using this cheat, you can catch Kangaskahn and Scyther by battling them. First, go to the Safari Zone. Then go through the different zones until you find the pokemon you want to capture. Then, stay in the same area and walk around until your time is up. Then, leave the building and fly to Cinnabar Island. Then surf on the right side between the land and the water. You will eventually battle the pokemon you saw before. | |||||||

| Hi Andy, My name is Blaze I'm from ny. I got missingno. His attack is really good but the rest is all really low. (WARNING DON'T KEEP MISSINGNO TURN OFF THE GAMEBOY AND DON'T SAVE IT) Firstly, I think I know why it's called Missingno. (notice it always has a period at the end) it means Missing No. (Missing Number) No. means number. It's referring to the fact that missingno has no number pokedex wise. Second. Every time when you do the missingno cheat you get your # 6 item multiplied by a lot. And sometimes the x__ what ever the first digit is replaced by random grapics .... maybe if you piece them together you might get a picture or clue, because it gives different graphics different times. Third. When you do the missingo cheat with the man in vermilion city (the one who you have to say, yes, no, no) you fly to cinnabar island and do the cheat.............BUT THEN you do not have to do the whole cheat over and fly back to vermilion, you can just stay in cinnabar and go out and surf again and you'll run into it. (if you don't run into it on first try keep swimming, I ran into two golbats, two pidgeys, before I got missingno) it saves lots of time and is handy for multiplying lots of items. Fourth. My name in the game was Mick (four letters). My version was red. I ran into a few golbats, so far they have been levels 132, and 136. Fifth. When i caught missingno and used it for a quick battle, the icon in the list of pokemon was all weird. It was a person. the icon was a person. and it changed a few times into weird icons. Andy I have worked really hard to get all this information so please put it on your website. | |||||||

I would like to submit a new cheat (I think it's new) about MissingNo.
First, get a pokemon that knows Fly. Go to Viridian city, and talk to
the man that was in the way at the beginning of the game. He will ask
you if you want to learn how to catch a pokémon, say yes. He will then
show you, and after that, immediately fly to cinnabar island. Hopefully,
you have a pokemon in your party that knows Surf - if you don't and you
have to go to the PC, you might have to repeat the cheat. Anyway, go to
the east coast of Cinnabar island, and surf it up and down. Pretty soon,
MissingNo should appear. Immediately run, and the item in your 6th spot
in your inventory will go up (increase) by a lot. Also, you can do this (increase) with fossils such as the dome fossil, so you can get many KABUTOs and Olmanites (forgive me for the spelling). Be careful, if you do that, it will be very hard to get the items back in your PC, since you can't put them all in at once. Thank you for reading this. P.S. your site is pretty darn cool | |||||||

| Re: # 3154 Hi, my name's Matt and I'm from England. Hi Brayant, I have the answer to your question! I have asked my friend and he has told me this: in fire red and leaf green, pull together this party in order: blastoise lv.100, venusaur lv.100, charizard lv.100, entei lv.100, raikou lv.100, suicune lv.100. Then teach charizard cut, then go to Mt.Ember on one island, cut every single block of braille, and a house should appear from the ground. Talk to the old man and get the old sea chart (you can trade it to ruby & sapphire!). Go to the man that takes you to all the islands, give him the chart, go to Faraway Island, he says there is a jungle. Look for Mew, it will be hard, he keeps moving. When you battle him, keep using strong attacks, he has a bubble shield on him and when it pops you can use a master ball on him. Ruby and Sapphire: Go to the boat at lilycove. Slateport city. talk to the woman and she will say talk to the captain, get to faraway island and do the same again. | |||||||

| Here is an easy way to beat Red or Ash or whoever that trainer dude in Mt. Silver is. First, you should have a chikorita, that's the BEST to have in silver (I think). When it gets really strong, like level forty, clone it, then you'll have two! Make your eevee evolve into umbreon or espeon. Either is okay, just make sure if it's espeon, it still knows "bite." Keep playing the game until you beat all the gym leaders in Kanto (this is pretty easy, since you should have two Meganiums). Now, Prof. Oak will send you to Mt. Silver. Train your Meganiums and espeon/umbreon until they're at LEAST level 65. I had my Meganiums at level 65, and my espeon almost at level 70, but you can make your meganiums level 70 and your espeon level 65 or whatever! Anyway, after your pokemon are at an adequate level, go into Mt. Silver and go into this one chamber where you'll see Ash/Red. Save the game, in case you lose. Now go and challenge Ash/Red and he'll say, ".......," and you start battling! I don't know why he says that before battling, but he does, and he sends out this level 81 pikachu, but don't be intimidated, it stinks. Just use solarbeam with your meganium and it should kill it. When he sends out espeon, send out umbreon/espeon and use bite a couple of times. Then Red sends out snorlax, which is REALLY tough. Use your meganium and use solarbeam, until the snorlax uses amnesia, then use body slam, if your meganium knows it. After you defeat Red's snorlax, it's pretty much all downhill. Use your espeon/umbreon on his charizard and venusaur, and meganium on his blastoise. After this, it will say you've defeated Red, he'll give you nearly 8,000 pokédollars and then he'll say, ".......," again, and disappear forever. Congratulations, you've beaten the game! Credits will come up again, and, once the game restarts, it is SO boring, all you can do is train and catch pokemon, you can't even battle Red/Ash anymore, since he disappeared. But anyway, that's how you beat Red! | |||||||
