| In response to #4199: Most probably your crystal version is corrupted, is fake or the internal battery is not working. The internal battery causes problems such as the ingame clock freezing to deleting your saved file. The only way to get this working again is to take your game to the shop you bought it and get it fixed, call Nintendo to fix your game or buy another copy of the game. | |||||||

| (After you beat the pokémon league) You have to go in the indigo plateau building and there is a girl in the way of the pokémon league. Talk to her. She will say lorelei (the first Elite Four) is missing and you can't challenge the pokémon league until she returns. Go out of the building, FLY to Vermilion City, go on the boat to One Island, and go to the place where the team rocket people are supposed to dig and you will hear them saying they finally dug the hole and they start saying important stuff to listen to. Then they see you and you have to battle them. After that, they will leave and you can go in. | |||||||

| To evolve your Pikachu on the yellow Edition, simply trade it onto another Pokémon Edition, give it Thunderstone and trade it back to your Edition. This helped me a lot because Pikachu's Stats weren't great. Hope it helps you too. | |||||||

| I'd like to recommend a few Pokémon and Movesets for the Red, Blue and Yellow Editions: Tauros: Bodyslam/Strength, Earthquake, Hyper Beam, Blizzard/Ice Beam This Moveset is very good and perfect for the Pokémon League. Only choose Strength in 1st slot if you don't have the TM for Bodyslam any more. Blizzard is favorable to Ice Beam in 4th slot. Tentacruel: Surf/Hydropump, Toxic, Bind, Hyper Beam. Surf has more PP and more precision so it's better than Hydropump. Toxic and Bind should be used in a deadly combination of slow but sure death (I've beaten Pokémon up to 20 Lvls above mine with this trick). Gyarados: Surf/Hydropump, Thunderbolt, Hyperbeam, Strength/Bodyslam. Only choose Strength in 4th slot if you don't have the TM for Bodyslam any more. Hope this helps. | |||||||
