We still have a fairly big backlog of new cheats to be entered up (takes a loooong time to build the pages). Plus (a) we have to leave out a lot because people don't include all the related information, (b) a lot of what is sent in is untested or looks dubious - we do TRY to include only the good stuff! and (c) a lot of our mail got lost (our ISP has endless mail problems) which is why we've now made the form for sending new cheats. Sorry to anyone else that's had difficulty sending stuff through to us, also. As per the above, there will be a separate page for Emerald (with links to the Emerald Cheats) as soon as we have time to build it - we're focussing on clearing the cheat backlog, first ....

To see one of these pokémon it depends on your starter pokemon: Charmander-Suicune Squirtle-Raikou Bulbasaur-Entei Hope this helps! note:you can only see one of these pokémon. | Tip: We all know about the pokemon/item duplication cheat (hopefully) in which you deposit a pokémon or item in the PC at a pokémon center or day care, but you can also get loads of EXP easier. Start a new game, continue until you can catch pokémon, and catch the one you want (I got a cyndaquil). Then, put it in the PC, change the box, but when it says (Saving... do-) turn the power off (you can turn it off anywhere in the word 'don't'). Now go to your main character, continue, check your pc, and voila! new pokemon. (It's better if you do this at the beginning of the game. Time it takes to do this varies on which pokémon you are transferring.) Your new pokémon should level up faster. Warning: there is a side effect, on your pokemon, not your game. It may not listen to you once it gets above level 11 - this will be fixed once you get the gym badge from azalea.

| E-MAILS:
due to ongoing problems with mail getting through to here, we've made a * mail form * you can use to write to us. In the years since the Cheats area at Andy's Guide to Pokémon first started, there have been many mail problems - and quite a few computer crashes - and we'd like to say sorry to anyone whose messages have got lost along the way .... just remember you can *always* re-send, and hopefully now that we have a more guaranteed way for info to reach us here, we'll find a way to get most or all of the genuine info on line :) We very much appreciate the support that all of you give this site. |
