Where is URSARING in silver version?
URSARING is one of the Pokémon that appear only in Gold, not in Silver - the others are TEDDIURSA, GLIGAR, MANTINE, SPINARAK and ARIADOS (as well as MANKEY, PRIMAPE, GROWLITHE and ARCANINE, which can also be TRADED from red / blue / yellow). If you want any of these in the Silver version, you will need to TRADE. For reference, there are other Pokémon which appear only in Silver (not in Gold) (therefore needing to be TRADED to Gold) which are PHANPY, DONPHAN, LEDYBA, LEDIAN, DELIBIRD and SKARMORY (as well as MEOWTH, PERSIAN, VULPIX and NINETALES). See also # 3091, which gives a list of most of the Pokémon that needed to be TRADED only from Red / Blue / Yellow, when Gold and Silver first came out - MEWTWO also fell into that category.

Re Cheat # 3227, I am very sorry to say this but you can't TRADE any pokémon from gold/silver onto any game exept Red, Blue, and Yellow. But if you want to TRADE pokémon from gold/silver onto red, blue, and yellow, they have to be the original Kanto pokemon. So, bottom line, you can TRADE gold/silver pokémon onto red+blue+yellow, but they can't be Johto Pokemon.

Hi, my name is Cynthia, I'm playing blue version (English) and this is how I defeated the Elite Four and the Champion in 8 minutes!!!!!!!!!!
I beat all of those five with a Level 42 LAPRAS (with BODY SLAM and HYDRO PUMP)
and Level 66 ZAPDOS (THUNDERSHOCK and DRILL PECK).
I levelled them up with tons of RARE CANDYs and CALCIUM and CARBOS and IRON and PROTEINs (I used the MISSINGNO trick for these items). These POKEMON were UNBEATABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, can you TRADE Pokémon from Leaf Green to Ruby? if so how? is there a special way or something I have to accomplish to do so?
We've been told you need to mend a Network Machine on One Island, before you can TRADE with Ruby or Sapphire - this related to Fire Red but the same or similar probably applies to Leaf Green. You may need both the Ruby and Sapphire gems before you fix the machine - see # 3166, # 3167 and # 3272 re the Ruby, and # 3253 for the Sapphire.
