Dear Andy, where do you get wonder cards to get to islands 8,9,10,11? I can't find them at all.
There seems to be a lot of confusion with the English version of these games - with no "wonder gift", only "wonder cards" and "wonder news". Even the Nintendo page/s linked from # 3234 only talk about Wonder Gift and Wonder News (no mention of Wonder Cards). Really sorry but we can't help with this one - if anyone has any insights about the English versions, please let us know :)

Team Rocket Hideout: Go to Celadon City and to the rocket hideout under the casino. Get to GIOVANNI, the boss, and go to the table. Go to the middle of the side and press A where the black shadow is. You will find a nest ball and another ball on the other side - I forget what ball it is. It doesn't matter when you get the balls: before or after you fight GIOVANNI. I hope this helps! Oh, and I have only tried it in Fire Red.

In Gold / Silver / Crystal, how do you reset the clock?
A number of ways have been suggested to reset the clock, but only for "Daylight Saving Time" (starting in the US at 2am on the first Sunday in April - clocks go forward - and ending at 2am on the last Sunday in October - clocks go back). These include (1) flying home and looking at the clock on your upstairs bedroom wall, and (2) speaking to your Mother in New Bark Town, which was also given separately as the means of changing it in Crystal. Note however that some US Daylight Saving Times are due to change, in the near future. According to the Nintendo site, if the time was set incorrectly when the game was started, there is no way to reset it, and a new game needs to be started to change the clock.

In Pokémon Crystal, how do you make your EEVEE evolve into an UMBREON and ESPEON because I don't know how to make them evolve. Also, how do you get your Pokémon up levels more quickly than putting them into the day care centre, because I don't see how to get them up to level 90 so I can defeat Red - he is hard to defeat with level 70s.
See # 3222, about EEVEE evolving in Gold. As far as we know, it's approximately the same in Crystal except that EEVEE needs to be trained to Level 37 (as separate from the happiness rating) when it should evolve into ESPEON (daytime) or UMBREON (night-time) (so choose the time of day EEVEE reaches level 37). This doesn't include RUBY or SAPPHIRE, but in EMERALD version, I know that you can, after you finish the game, choose from a Johto starter Pokemon. But first you have to complete your Hoenn Dex. Whenever you talk to to Prof. Birch he always says, You saw this number of Pokémon and caught this number of Pokémon. I was wondering in order to complete the Hoenn Dex, and according to what Prof. Birch always says, if you have to see all the Hoenn Pokémon, or catch them all?

I have Gold in my PC (with emulator) and the ELECTRODES (in Rocket House in Mahogany town) are on level 23 and they are possible to catch (I've caught one) when they aren't using SELFDESTRUCT (of course :D). This is different from your walkthrough (perhaps this was done with Silver version?)
Well, clearly there will be some variations between the Gold and Silver games :) Also, though, there have been cases of people reporting different results with emulators rather than console games, so it's difficult to be certain either way.

At the very beginning of the game I went to the Mt. Moon Pokemon Center and bought the Magikarp from the man. I went through Mt. Moon to Cerualuan City and went through the robbed house, battled the Team Rocket guy and went to the Daycare. I put in my Magikarp in there for the WHOLE game and when I came back I think it was almost or was level 100. This is a good way to get it to evolve and learn better moves. You can do this cheat for other pokémon too, if you would like. I have tried this on FireRed Version only. Hope this will help! Isabelle.

You can also get LATIAS or LATIOS anywhere in the wild. So far I have only seen them on route 117. I have Ruby and my friend has Sapphire. We both have LATIAS and LATIOS. If you want to do this, give your friend the one you got and start a new game and have him trade it back. Catch another LATIAS/LATIOS and trade it to him for LATIAS/LATIOS, then you will have them both.This only works if one has Ruby and one has Sapphire.
