I have both Red and Blue and I have done the MISSINGNO cheat many times. I'd just like to state that it has messed up my Hall of Fame, but the rest of the game seems fine. In Blue I ran into a Marowak at level 128. My starter was SQUIRTLE and the name I used was Carl (that's 4 letters). My cousin Zack, who also has Blue, ran into a level 128 GOLBAT using the name Zack (4 letters again) and starting with CHARMANDER. On my Red starting with CHARMANDER and using the name Ash (3 letters this time) I saw a level 141 SNORLAX and a level 128 GOLBAT. I hope this helps.

It's said that the "number" for MIRAGE ISLAND changes every day, and that it needs to match the number of one of your Pokémon for it to be seen. I would like to know how to get through the cave at the Pokémon League in the yellow version. I went to the League rd, got through the guards with all 8 badges and entered a cave. I had to e-mail someone about this. I can’t believe I messed it up but here’s what happened: I got a Silver Version from my friend, and decided not to restart some guy’s game that was already on it (named Max). I went pretty far on it before I decided to check my PC’s mailbox. I found very strange results:
The mailbox had about 40 or so items that were unnamed, and a couple said ‘green’ as the title. I viewed the mail’s Messages and it was weird code stuff. I messed it up because I didn’t write down the codes first. Instead, I put all the Mail in my pack and discovered that it was indeed a cheat. When I went to look in my pack for the mail, I found 36 items named ? and sold them all at the mart at 16,354 pokemoney apiece. (This totaled out my money at 999,999.) I also found 5 EXP.SHAREs and you can only get one per game (on silver, gold, or crystal). My question is, does anyone know the codes, or anything about these ‘mailbox cheats’? If you do, any replies would be helpful. Thanks!

Assume you mean which element groups are good against which others? See TYPES and ELEMENTS - if you click on the names of individual Pokémon on either of those tables, the Pokédex page for the specific Pokémon gives you a list of what it is good against and bad against, and the elements (ELECTRIC, WATER, GRASS etc.) are linked through to pages which show all relevant Pokémon in that group (for red, yellow, blue, gold and silver).
