| Re: QA0021: There are a few other ways to beat BROCK besides BUTTERFREE. You can capture a MANKEY in the area left of VIRIDIAN CITY. Then raise it level 9 where it learns LOW KICK and use that attack to defeat BROCK. NIDORANs, also found left of VIRIDIAN, learn the very effective DOUBLE KICK at level 12. Both the attacks are fighting type which is almost as effective as water against ROCK types. | ||||||

| Well first make sure you have 2 gameboys, or you borrow one, then select CHARMANDER, SQUIRTLE or BULBASAUR, then TRADE it to the other gameboy and start a new game. Then keep on doing that until you have got all three Pokémon. Level them to level ten then fight BROCK with SQUIRTLE in the front of your Pokémon. Use BUBBLE until BROCK's Pokémon have fainted. Level your Pokémon some more then pass MOUNT MOON and go to CERULEAN CITY GYM and fight MISTY with your BULBASAUR.

| Andy: From the city where you fight MISTY in the CERULEAN CITY GYM, go left and then up. There's a sequence of people you fight, and should you come to the end of them all, you get to the POWER PLANT where if you're looking for ELECTRIC types, PIKACHU, RAICHU, ELECTRODE and VOLTORBs can be found there. If you only fight a few of the people in the sequence go upwards as far as possible and there's a river on your left. As long as you've acquired SURF and have a fairly powerful Pokémon (ideally if you've finished the game) you are ready to go left onto the river, follow it down and left until you find a cave, and MEWTWO is what lies within. | ||||||

| When you go in to the caves that need FLASH, you walk in there and you save your game then turn it off then turn it back on and you will find out that you can see in the dark because a Pokémon will just do FLASH but it will not have it in its attacks of horror. | ||||||

| Use any ball as a MASTER BALL: When you bump into a Pokémon and you only have a low type ball, when the ball explodes press b and when it wobbles 2 times let go of b and the Pokémon with full health should be caught.
