Welcome to 3D GRIDBUILDING ~ SCIENCE
This new area is about science - biology, chemistry, and physics. We're starting by mapping out the "absolute basics" - to define what things are, and show how they interlink.
To get some idea of how this new area works, check out a page like "ions" - on the right-hand-side of the definition are links to what the definition refers to, and underneath are links from all the other definition pages that (already) refer to "ions". So you can see all the "forwards links" and all the "backwards links" - at the same time, in the same place.
Each definition page will become like a "node on the grid" - you should be able to see all the factors it relates to, whether the definitions specifically refer to all of those, or not. Take a look at "A-Z Chemistry" (click on darker-coloured boxes) and you will see what is becoming possible ~ this is a whole new approach to science, and to interlinking information.
Offers of original science graphics would be very welcome - anything from atom diagrams to science lab pictures - just has to relate to something that will be included here. We're happy to credit anyone who would like to help. You can get in touch via the e-mail address penny2008 (at) happychild.org.uk (please try again if you don't get an autoresponder - mail can be a bit unpredictable at times).
The overall GRIDBUILDING A-Z is here.
Number of definitions completed so far: around 440.
Number of pages now on line in this area: around 2280.
~ more definitions will be added to existing pages *soon* ~
