Plant cells contain all the features of animal cells:
A cell membrane, which forms the boundary of the cell and controls the passage of materials in and out of it.
The cytoplasm, which is the thick liquid that fills the cell membrane.
A nucleus, which controls all the activities of the cell and contains the DNA.
Mitochondria, which are structures in the cytoplasm where respiration occurs.
Ribosomes, where protein synthesis takes place.
PLUS the following:
A cell wall made of cellulose, outside the cell membrane.
A large central vacuole.
Chloroplasts, where photosynthesis takes place, are also found in most plant cells (you wouldn't find them in root hair cells, for example).
