An organ is a single structure formed of several different tissues found together and performing one or more specific functions within an organism, eg the stomach, or the lung.

An organ system is formed when organs are grouped together by their function(s), eg the digestive system includes the stomach, liver, pancreas etc as they are all involved in the digestion of food.
