The Save the Children Fund has been working to fulfil children's rights for over 75 years, and is one of the UK's best known charities. SCF is assisting children and those who work with them in over 50 countries including the UK.
SCF has a long record of working with refugee children, supporting play groups, health and education programmes, providing safe clean water and improving food supplies through schemes for farmers and smallholders.

WellBeing is best known for its work on the problems which can occur during pregnancy / childbirth; it funds medical research for the better health of women and babies. Many areas of health are covered, including infertility and recurrent miscarriage.

EveryChild works with some of the world's most vulnerable and marginalised children to enable them to grow up free from disease, poverty and exploitation as valued individuals within strong communities. We work in 18 countries to ensure that every child has the right to an education, healthcare and to grow up in a loving family environment with a secure future. We make sure our projects can be sustained by the local community after we have left. This means that our work is not a 'quick fix' for poverty and it is the reason why our work changes so many young lives.

This specialist Centre offers a consultation service for children aged 2-18 years, who may be referred by their local speech therapist or GP. The Centre also runs 2-week intensive courses at Easter and in the summer holidays.

Fairbridge is a national youth charity with 12 centres in some of the most disadvantaged inner city areas in the UK. It enables 14-25 year olds to meet the opportunities and responsibilities of society today by offering them a long-term personal development programme that builds confidence, motivation and personal, social and life skills.

The Twins and Multiple Birth Association, Tamba, is the UK's only national registered charity providing information and mutual support networks for families of twins, triplets and more. Specialist support for families with triplets or more; also for bereaved families, one-parent families, those with special needs; and infertility support. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust, founded in 1964, raises money to continue funding of hospital and medical research into improved treatment and prevention of Cystic Fibrosis (CF). It also provides a network of support and advice groups for people with CF and their families. Cystic Fibrosis is the UK's most common, life-threatening inherited disease with some 6,000 affected children and adults. The Trust urgently needs your support to maintain its vital progress towards a cure, improved treatment and screening programmes for more effective detection.

Every year, over 1 million children receive treatment in Britain's hospitals - more than half are under 5 years old. Separation from family and friends and the disruption of their lives only adds to their distress. Action for Sick Children was among the first organizations to recognise the problems and do something about them. In 36 years of pioneering work we have achieved many of our goals - including the provision of overnight rooms for parents in some hospitals, more children's wards and more trained children's nurses and doctors. Above all we insist that children's emotional and psychological needs are not overlooked when they are sick and at their most vulnerable. We are entirely dependent on grants and voluntary contributions - please help us to continue making a real difference to the lives of children in hospital.

Toy Libraries loan carefully chosen, good quality toys to families with young children. Some provide specially adapted toys and equipment for children with special needs. They also offer a befriending, supporting service to parents and other carers. Leisure libraries provide equipment for young adults with special needs.

Climb promotes research into metabolic diseases and provides information, support and advice to carers of children with a metabolic disease and also financial assistance where appropriate.
