At the end of a word we sometimes get the suffix T U R E which is pronounced "chuh", as in

texture * expenditure * mixture * picture.

The C of "picture" (the sort which hangs on a wall) is sounded as "kuh" before the "chuh", as in "puh-in-kuh-chuh".
